I am a female red and white am #Pitbull ter mix. The shelter thinks I am about 8 MONTHS old. 35lbs. A volunteer writes: Are you ready for some puppy stuff? An adorable redhead, Tesla is all about being a puppy - lots of puppy energy, playful, loving, friendly and happy to meet everyone who wants to meet her. Likely housetrained she took care of her business right away, and then did a scattered puppy walk on leash as we head to the park. The Energizer Bunny has nothing on Tesla who has boundless puppy enthusiasm for everyone and every thing. We're told that Tesla had been tied to a fence for hours, and her finder took her in overnight before bringing her to our care. She was friendly to everyone in the family and wanted to play with their female dog. Of course! No surprise here as Tesla is enthusiastic, smart and adorable. She plays a great game of fetch bringing the ball back into my lap where I can take it right out of her mouth for another throw. Tesla sits when asked to, takes treats gently and sits waiting for more. Her eyes sparkle with fun, her tail wags in enthusiasm, and she's ready for life. She seems to like other dogs wagging her tail at other dogs we met. Miss Tesla is looking for a home in which she can get positive reinforcement training and structure to help her grow into the rockstar grownup dog she is destined to be. She's all about action, so an active home will be ideal for her. So bring a ball, or we'll supply one, and come play fetch with Tesla today.
