I'm covered in sand and slobber, but I wouldn't have it any other way. After the gym this morning, I took slobberdog to the beach and enjoyed the sand between my toes, wind in my hair and other such cliches. Took my brekky smoothie with me and reconnected with the earth, my thoughts and my dog. Happy Friday! Do something fun this weekend :) by thesprout
