My Animal ID # is #A1028976 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am a female tan and white #Pitbull mix. The shelter thinks I am about 1 YEAR 7 MONTHS old. 60lbs. A volunteer writes "Pretty L.A. was left with us as her master could not afford her care anymore. Indeed, L.A. suffers from an undiagnosed skin issue, an allergie may be, requiring a special diet too expensive for her owner to purchase. L.A. comes with excellent recommendations and two additional comments: "she loves children and could fit into any setting." She seems to have been well cared for, played with, trained and was owned since tender puppyhood. L.A. wears a lively orangy coat, sparse by places, is well nourished and owns a very mushy girly face. She is as expected, a little uncomfortable at the care center. She was clearly a beloved pet and this unfortunate turn of events does not make sense to her. She lays quietly in her kennel and is hesitant to be leashed but eventually, we make it to the yard. She does not mind me putting a scarf around her neck, comes when I call her and sits on command or for treats that she takes properly from my hand. Free in a large pen, L.A. is a little unfocused but responds right away to her name. She is out of place, lost in this new environment, crowded with unknown people and dogs.
