Sandy hits Manhattan: RIP to #DG I never met him but he was a great. Being a #brooklynnative i embrace the #graffiticulture, it came from the system of #oppression. It was an outlet to tell stories and be creative on a public forum. It is a culture. Its not something you can just do. Its part of a system in which we were raised mostly through struggles and broken cities. It was really exciting to see such an amazing turn out in the suppprt of a real and i mean real graffer, not one of these #fuckboys that come out here just for the thrill in it. But when i seen this flyer and seen it was curated by joe from @thebushwickcollective it fucked up my whole life. Seriously this dude doesn't like lettering which means he dont like graff. You know hpw many artist tried getting on with that collective and Nooppppeee this douche bag movement only wants over seas artist and street art. But you wanna rep DG fuck outta here.
