I will go absolutely postal in three seconds... Shadow was dumped in the Brooklyn shelter in June because he was a puppy and didn't receive and training so they labeled him "destructive"... Yet said he was a "good dog"! Fast forward to him being depressed sitting isolated in a small space he was almost killed for a cough. Shadow had many of us behind him and he was one of the lucky ones who made it out alive. Well Shadow and his luck came to a screeching halt yesterday when he was RETURNED and they said he bit someone. I don't buy that bullshit for anything. A friend picked him up from the shelter and said he was a really good dog. Unfortunately Shadow is now placed on a DOH hold which is the kiss of death. In 10 days, after being back in hell, he may never see the outside of this slaughterhouse again. He will only be available to a rescue, so if you can help Shadow, let me know and I can guide you to rescues who may be wiling to help.
