EMERGENCY - PLEASE SHARE - NY Area - Chance who was just pulled off the euth list at NYC ACC is being rushed to the vet. He just arrived at his foster home tonight and could barely walk getting off the shelter transport. We do not know what the cost is going to be yet, but at minimum they are going to need to do chest x-rays and dispense better medication than what the shelter send.
